Honouring the Legacy of Rabindranath Tagore – Rabindra Jayanti Celebration

 

On the auspicious occasion of Rabindra Jayanti VKV Borojalenga paid heartfelt tribute to the legendary poet, philosopher, Nobel laureate Kobiguru Rabindranath Tagore, the luminary who reshaped Bengali literature and music.

The program began with a floral tribute followed by a variety of performances including soulful recitations of Tagore's poems, musical renditions of Rabindra Sangeet performances, and dance drama based on his  literary works. One of our teacher in her address emphasized the relevance of Tagore’s ideals in today’s world and encouraged students to draw inspiration from hiaas life and works. The event served as a vibrant reminder of our rich cultural heritage and instilled a deep sense of pride and reverence in the young minds
