VKV Borojalenga celebrated
76th Independence day with great Joy. The celebration started
with the hoisting of the national flag and offering floral tribute to Omkara, Bharat Mata and Swamiji. The day was marked with the speech of
teachers, students and the principal. It
was followed by various cultural programs performed by the students of
different classes. There were a self composed poem recitation by a students of
class X. As part of the celebration there was a Inter house patriotic song
competition, Slogan Competition and Go as you like with the attires of
different freedom fighters. A group of 8 students along with two teachers went
to Ramkrishna Mission, Silchar to receive different prizes of various competitions
held at school to mark the occasion of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
