The following programmes were organized by VKV Borojalenga prakalpa on the occasion of International Yoga day
A yoga workshop was organized from 15/6/17 to 17/6/17 in the school for parents and teachers. Avg attendance was 20. It was conducted by Sri Yagna Prakash ji, a yoga Pracharak from Deva Sanskriti Vishwa Vidyalaya, Shantikunja , Haridwar.
On 21 June , asana competition was held for our students in the school where students from class IV to X participated.
Our school also observed yoga day at three different nearby schools namely Adarsha Vidya Niketan , Dakbunglow, Irongmara High School,Irongmara and Durgakona Bagan LP School, Durgakona. Our students and teachers taught different asanas to those children and students from these schools demonstrated the asanas on 21 June .

Irongmara High School,Irongmara : Total Participants 82 ( for High School Students)
Durgakona Bagan Lp School, Durgakona: Total Participants 43 ( for Primary Students)
